ALL ONLINE BOOKING REQUESTS ARE PENDING CONFIRMATION VIA TEXT, EMAIL OR PHONE CALL. Your chosen service or appointment time may not be available due to unforeseen circumstances. If you wish to cancel a booking request please email us at admin@dsrauto.com.au or phone us on (08)97553912. Bookings can not be transferred to a different day or time. If you wish to reschedule please cancel your appointment and select a new available time via the booking form. Services may not be able to be adjusted on the appointment day due to insufficient time or staff. If your booking is confirmed, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment. Not doing so may incur a 50% fee of service total. Please alert us as soon as possible if you will be late or not attending your scheduled appointment. Total payment is due on the day of your service. Available payment methods include cash, debit or credit card.
